We strive to process all orders within three business days. Some of our products are hand made and the supply can be sporadic. These hand made items are noted in the product description. In event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time at which point you can cancel your purchase if you choose.
Seashells and other items from the sea are naturally occuring in nature and as such you will find differences in color, texture, and shape in different items.
