We strive to do our best, however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies, contact us upon receipt, and we'll gladly exchange the product or refund your money. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with a prior RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Even though we do not charge for shipping the cost is still there so in the event a product is returned the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Your money will be refunded to you, within the 30 day time limit, once the product has been shipped back to and received by Sea Shell Shack. We try to be liberal with our refund policy because we feel it is better to have satisfied customers who will come back and buy from us in the future than irate customers who give us a bad name. Plus it makes it easier for us to sleep at night.
